LM Concrete Ltd ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through lmconcreteltd.ca and how we use it, in line with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

When you fill in our estimate form, we receive your name, phone number, email address if you provide it, project address and the details you write. When you call or email us, we receive the information you share.

How we use it

We use this information only to answer your request, prepare an estimate and carry out the work you hire us for. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Chat assistant

The chat assistant on this site runs in your browser. It answers from the content of this website. What you type is not saved or sent to us. To reach us, use the form, phone or email.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows a map from Google Maps. These services may receive your IP address under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and job records as long as needed for the project, warranty and our legal and tax obligations.
